There is no denying the fact that wildlife protection and conservation helps to maintain the ecosystem in the following ways:

By preserving the animal and plant species from becoming extinct provides shelter to the wild animals.

By balancing the environment by eating insects as their food so that no species of animals are in excess.

By continuing the process of food chains.

The Department of Forests and Wildlife, Govt. of NCT of Delhi celebrated Wildlife Week 2023 from Oct. 2 to Oct. 8, 2023. During this week many competitions were organised and our school students also participated in the Painting Competition.

We are glad to share the news that Samar Kumar Anand of Class VII A of our school has bagged the first position in the contest organised on the theme "Importance of Wildlife and it's Conservation".
